2-vehicle crash sends driver to hospital

BREA – A two-vehicle crash sent one person to the hospital Thursday afternoon.

The crash, involving a Ford Thunderbird and a Hyundai Tucson, was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 12:24 p.m. on North Brea Boulevard and Tonner Canyon Road.

The driver of the Tucson was taken to a local hospital and the driver of the Thunderbird appeared to be uninjured.

The three-way intersection was partially blocked while tow trucks removed the cars and CHP officers interviewed the drivers and witnesses.
