Car veers off freeway, hits tree
SEAL BEACH – At least one person was taken to the hospital after a car went off the shoulder and crashed into a tree on the southbound 405 north of Seal Beach Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The single-vehicle crash was reported to the CHP at 11:14 p.m., a CHP dispatcher said.
It is currently unclear how many occupants were in the car.
It appears that alcohol may have been involved, said the CHP dispatcher.
