Driver hospitalized in rear-end crash on I-5
The driver of a Toyota Yaris was injured after a traffic crash on the southbound I-5 Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 7:23 a.m. just north of East 17th Street.
CHP officer Oswaldo Guzman said the Toyota Yaris rear-ended a Toyota Camry in the center lane.
The driver of the Yaris was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Orange with minor injuries, Guzman said. No other injuries were reported.
Lanes were cleared by 7:52 a.m.
