Driver loses control, sideswipes 3 vehicles

The driver of a Chevrolet Prizm was taken to the hospital after he sideswiped three vehicles on the northbound I-5 Main Street off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The three vehicles were stopped at a red light when the crash occurred just after 9 a.m.

The Chevy ended up on Main Street and lost a tire after sideswiping a BMW, a Lexus RX 350 and a Mercury Milan.
