Westminster man killed in Chino Hills crash

A 62-year-old Westminster man was killed after the truck he was traveling in crashed into a tree in Chino Hills early Monday morning, San Bernardino County sheriff’s officials said.

Livier Ruvalcaba was a passenger in a Toyota Tundra that crashed just before 12:30 a.m. after the driver failed to stop on Rancho Hills Drive at at Windmill Creek Road, a sheriff’s statement said.

The driver and a rear passenger were also hurt and taken to an area hospital.
