Soka University’s summer art show opens Thursday featuring local artist

Soka University’s summer art show, “Natasha Shoro: Earth, Air, Fire & Water,” will run in its Founders Hall Art Gallery from Thursday, May 16 to Aug. 31.

Shoro is a Southern California-based contemporary artist whose mediums range from abstract mixed media, mixed media collage paintings, to site-specific installations. “Earth, Air, Fire & Water” celebrates the artist’s relationship with nature, and it is through these elements that she unfolds her inner being.
