Thick black smoke could be seen billowing into the sky in Orange on Friday as firefighters battled a blaze in a commercial area.

The fire was reported shortly after 2 p.m. in the 500 block of Blueridge Avenue, according to dispatchers. Firefighters were on scene in a single-story warehouse.

It was not immediately known if there were any injuries.
