19-year-old arrested in stabbing deaths of girl and her mom in Rancho Cucamonga

Jacob Wright, 19, is suspected in the deaths of Jia Jia, 44, and her daughter Ruby Meng, 8. Another woman was hospitalized with stab wounds.
