Reputed Bloods gang member arrested, tied to fatal shootings in Lancaster last summer

Jerry Wimbley III was arrested Tuesday on a four-count federal grand jury indictment alleging he and two other gang members took part in a one-night shooting spree in Lancaster last year that claimed two lives and almost claimed a third.
