5-car crash ties up Fountain Valley intersection
A five-car crash blocked a busy intersection Monday morning, obstructing traffic on Euclid Street and Slater Avenue.
Four of the vehicles slammed into one another in the middle of the intersection, while a fifth crashed into a concrete wall.
The crash occurred at about 8 a.m.
No major injuries were reported.
Traffic headed westbound on Slater Avenue was shut down as of 8:30 a.m. while authorities investigated the circumstances of the crash.
Eastbound traffic was open, but limited to one lane.
