Car hits, kills pedestrian
A 47-year-old Ontario pedestrian was hit by a car and killed last night while crossing a major street in Ontario, according to San Bernardino County coroner’s officials.
Raul Contreras died at the scene of the 11:18 p.m. accident Sunday along the 600 block of W. Holt Boulevard.
He was struck by a westbound 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Ontario Police Department is investigating the collision.
