SAG Award nominations celebrate diversity and movies about musicians

Screen Actors Guild Award nominations for outstanding ensemble cast in a motion picture announced Wednesday have gone to the casts of “A Star is Born,” “Black Panther,” “BlacKkKlansman,” “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “Crazy Rich Asians.”

Nominations for outstanding stunt ensemble in a television series have gone to “GLOW,” “Marvel’s Daredevil,” “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan,” “The Walking Dead” and “Westworld.” For motion picture stunt ensemble, the nominees are “Ant-Man and the Wasp,” “Avengers Infinity War,” “The Ballad of Buster Scruggs,” “Black Panther” and “Mission: Impossible  — Fallout.”

For outstanding cast in a TV comedy series, the nominees are the casts of “Atlanta,” “Barry,” “GLOW,” “The Kominsky Method” and “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

For drama series, the nominees are “The Americans,” “Better Call Saul,” “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “Ozark” and “This Is Us.”
