Anaheim police investigate homicide; say it may be gang-related
A possibly gang-related attack in a residential area of Anaheim left one person dead on Sunday, March 3.
Officers responded at about 3:30 p.m. to reports of a homicide that took place on the 1800 block of West Dogwood Avenue, according to Anaheim Police Sgt. Daron Wyatt. He said one male victim was declared dead at the scene.
Investigators believe the killing may have been gang-related, but shared few other details. Information regarding the victim’s identity and how he died was not immediately released.
