A funeral service for California Highway Patrol Sgt. Steve Licon, who was struck and killed in the line of duty, will be held at 10 am. Tuesday in Riverside.
 
A procession from Acheson & Graham Mortuary to Harvest Christian Fellowship begins at 7:30 a.m. and will travel east on Magnolia Avenue, north on Madison Avenue, west on Arlington and north on Adams Street into the church parking lot. 
 
The memorial is open to the public and will be followed by a private burial service.
