The Terramor project off the 15 Freeway in Temescal Canyon now has its fifth new-home community.

Oakton, an age 55-plus neighborhood by Riverside-based Van Daele Homes, just opened for sale with its 83 homes starting in the low-$500,000s. Oakton homes are set as single-story living but have second-story options. They’ll range from 2,485 to 3,207 square feet and have to three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Newport Beach-based Foremost Cos., Terramor’s developer, says roughly 300 homes have already been sold in the project’s first four neighborhoods.

Sterling by CalAtlantic Homes just sold out its 37 units. Still selling are Del Webb’s Cortina and Ardena 55-plus neighborhoods that will hold 322 single-family homes and KB Home’s 170-home Caraway neighborhood. When completed, Terramor will be home to 1,443 residences.

Like many new communities, Terramor is heavy on neighborhood amenities with its 55-plus residents having access to Terrace Club, which features everything from pools to pickleball courts to a pottery kiln. The project includes Veranda, another public space, with an outdoor pool and BBQ areas.

Foremost also just opened at Terramor the Vista Trail, a 2.5-mile loop that takes hikers up in nearby hills.
