Protesters gather at abortion rights rallies in California and across U.S.

The L.A. rally by the Women’s March Foundation is to start at 10 a.m. and will feature Mayor Eric Garcetti, Sen. Alex Padilla, Reps. Karen Bass and Maxine Waters.
