California asked to conserve energy for even longer on 9th day of Flex Alerts

After more than a week of statewide Flex Alerts, officials are asking Californians to limit their energy consumption for even longer hours, from 3 to 10 p.m. Thursday. The prior alert hours were from 4 to 9 p.m.
