Mother of ‘Sandlot’ actor killed in Northern California, suspect in custody

Authorities in Northern California said Deanna Esmaeel, a Del Norte County sheriff’s deputy and mother of ‘The Sandlot’ actor Marty York, was found dead in her home Thursday.
