Monster blizzard takes aim at Tahoe, Mammoth: ‘Serious life-threatening’ snow, wind forecast

A treacherous, life-threatening blizzard is targeting the Sierra Nevada and forecast to hit the Lake Tahoe area by late morning and Mammoth Mountain by the afternoon.
