Police ask for help in identifying non-communicative man found in Santa Ana
SANTA ANA — Santa Ana police asked Tuesday for the public’s help in identifying a man who has been hospitalized since the end of August without communicating with anyone.
The man is described as Latino, 20 to 30 years old and weighing 150 to 190 pounds, with a circular scar on his upper left arm.
Police were called about 7 p.m. on Aug. 31 to 5200 W. 7th St. regarding a “non-responsive” man who had been staring down for several hours. He was taken to Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, where he remains.
Police say the man continues to be “non-responsive, non-communicative” and have so far failed to identify him.
