Officials seek help identifying disoriented man found in Hacienda Heights

by in News

LOS ANGELES — Authorities Monday circulated photos of a “disoriented” man who has been hospitalized since December in hopes of learning his identity.

On Dec. 18, the man suffered a medical emergency at a fast-food restaurant in the 3100 block of South Hacienda Boulevard in Hacienda Heights, and he was taken to a hospital, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Information Bureau.

“He has no identification, is currently disoriented and cannot answer questions,” according to a sheriff’s statement.

Deputies circulated photos of the man, described as Hispanic, about 50 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information that could help investigators identify the man and locate his family was urged to call the sheriff’s Missing Person Unit at (323) 890-5500, or Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
