Christopher N. Andal is Of Counsel at The Marquart Law Group. His practice includes the representation of individuals and businesses in all matters of civil litigation with an emphasis on cases involving personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and business disputes. His practice further includes business planning and transactions, labor and employment and general liability.

Mr. Andal has extensive litigation and trial experience. He has obtained numerous million dollar recoveries on behalf of his clients and has also successfully defended them. Mr. Andal has been involved in civil litigation for almost fifteen (15) years. He began his legal career as a file clerk, worked his way up, and ultimately worked for many years as a paralegal and office manager at several litigation firms before becoming licensed. While in law school, Mr. Andal was awarded the prestigious California Witkin Awards for Civil Procedure and Torts for achieving the highest grade in these classes.

In 2011, Mr. Andal was appointed as the South District Director of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Andal had previously served on the OCBA’s Board of Directors and is a past President of OCBA’s Young Lawyers. He also currently serves as President of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County, is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and frequently lectures to his peers and various business organizations on relevant legal topics.

Mr. Andal believes that everyone is entitled to competent legal representation and strives to protect the rights of consumers and small businesses. He is dedicated to maintaining integrity in the legal profession and removing the stigma placed upon consumer attorneys and their clients. He is also devoted to leveling the playing field for small businesses.

On a personal level, Mr. Andal is a devoted husband and father of two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey and golf, and supporting the local professional sports teams.
