FOUNTAIN VALLEY One person was injured in a multi-car crash that tied up the southbound lanes of the I-405 freeway.
The four-car crash was first reported to the California Highway Patrol at 9:22 a.m., according to CHP logs.
The crash was reported at the Brookhurst Street exit.
The crash involved a black Chrysler 300, a dark grey, four-door Lexus sedan, a maroon Lexus SUV and a silver Mercedes-Benz.

One woman was transported by paramedics to a hospital.
Lanes were expected to be blocked until 10 a.m., but the carpool and far-left lane remained blocked as of 10:15 a.m.
